You live on the second floor on the top left of a 6-party house. The large open living room invites you to linger with a cozy corner bench and seating area. A Swedish stove ensures even more cosiness in the room. You will find privacy in one of the two bedrooms. Bedroom # 1 even has a small balcony and a desk. The bathroom has a large bathtub and the toilet is separate from it, including a small washbasin. The small kitchen is well equipped.

The apartment is very quiet and yet centrally located in a small side street with a panoramic view of the Kampenwand. It is a great starting point for hikes, bike tours and walks.

Distances: 5 km from the motorway; 7 km to the Chiemsee; Center, bakery, butcher, Edeka, Aschau train station & Kampenwandbahn valley station can be reached in a maximum of 15 minutes on foot; 30 km to the Bad Aibling thermal baths

The parking spaces at the house are reserved for the residents, but can be used for loading and unloading. 100m away there is a free public parking lot at a small fountain that can be used.

There is space for bicycles in the bicycle cellar with access through the underground car park.
